Is this therapy?

No. Solerai is not therapy and is not a replacement for it. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical care. What it does is create the conditions, through nervous system regulation, awareness, and guided return, that allow deeper healing to become possible. Many women use Solerai alongside therapy. Many come to it after years of therapy. Both are valid.

Is this religious or spiritual?

Solerai is not tied to any religion or spiritual tradition. It draws on somatic science, nervous system physiology, and the lived experience of one woman, not doctrine. Women of all beliefs and backgrounds have found themselves in these pages. What you bring to it is yours.

Is Solerai only for women who have done a lot of inner work?

Solerai meets you exactly where you are, and asks nothing of you first. There is no work you must have done, no stage you must have reached. Whether this is new to you or you have spent years returning to yourself and still feel the old patterns underneath, there is a place for you here. This is not something to climb. It is illumination. A remembering. A return. And you will be held wherever you arrive.

What is the Solerai Sanctuary?

The Solerai Sanctuary is a private digital space that unlocks with every book. It holds the book itself in digital form, a breath reset, your personal highlights and reflections from each chapter, Solerai Truths, and practices organised by gate. It is not a membership. It does not require a subscription. It opens when your book arrives and remains yours, always.

When does Solerai launch?
